9 FIGS FOUNDATION
Privacy policy
Effective November 4, 2026
This policy explains how information is handled when you visit the 9 FIGS Foundation website, contact us, or use the giving form. Gifts through the current 9 FIGS campaign are received by The Legacy CPA LLC.
Information collected and how it is used
- Website visits. Our hosting and service providers may receive technical information such as IP address, device and browser type, pages requested, and request times to deliver the site, troubleshoot issues, and protect it from abuse. When your browser loads the site’s fonts, it also makes a request to Wix’s font delivery service.
- Giving. The embedded Donorbox form and its payment processor, Stripe, collect the information needed to process your gift. This can include your name, email, billing or postal information if requested, gift amount, giving frequency, fund designation, and any optional comment you enter. The Legacy CPA LLC may access donor and transaction records to administer gifts, send receipts, manage recurring gifts, respond to donor questions, reconcile transactions, and keep required records. Full card details are entered in the provider’s checkout and are handled by the payment processor.
- Correspondence. If you email us, we use your contact details and message to respond and keep a record of the request as needed.
Service providers, cookies, and disclosures
OpenAI Sites hosts this website. Donorbox provides the giving form and donor portal, and Stripe processes payments. These providers may use cookies or similar technologies for functions such as session continuity, checkout, and fraud prevention. The site does not add its own advertising pixels or analytics tags. Your browser settings can limit cookies, although some giving features may depend on them.
Providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or as necessary to address security incidents or disputes. See the providers’ privacy policies for details about their own processing and choices.
Retention and your choices
Correspondence and donor records are kept as needed to respond to requests, administer gifts and recurring plans, meet accounting and legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Service providers apply their own retention policies to the information they handle.
You can use the Donorbox donor portal to manage recurring gifts. To ask about your information or request access, correction, or deletion, email the address below. We may need to verify your identity, and some records may need to be kept for legal or accounting purposes. Your rights depend on the law that applies to you.
Children’s information
The giving form is intended for adults. This website does not solicit personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through the site, please contact us.
